MY TEACHINGS

MINDFUL YOGA

Mindful yoga is a practice that combines the physical benefits of yoga with the meditative practice of mindfulness. By focusing on the present moment and being aware of your body and mind, you can achieve a deeper level of relaxation and inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi incorporating mindfulness into your practice can help you feel more centered and grounded both on and off the mat.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation and inner peace. It involves lying down in a comfortable position while you are lead through a series of verbal cues. The practice is known for its ability to reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost overall well-being. If you're looking for a way to unwind and connect with yourself, Yoga Nidra might be just what you need.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga allows our body and mind to completely relax as we focus on releasing and letting go. The practice places our body in a relaxed state that allows our nervous system to stop constantly being in the sympathetic state, the fight or flight mode.  When we access the parasympathetic nervous system, it aids healing and relaxation in the body.  You can think of Restorative Yoga as Yoga for the nervous system.
