In this self paced 10-day meditation journey, you will ease into a routine that will help you experience your own benefits of meditation. Each day you will focus on an aspect that links your mind to your body (and breath) to help you develop a practice that works and is custom made just for you! You will start by devoting just 5 minutes a day for the first few days (preferably when you first wake up in the morning) and gradually work your way up to 15+ minutes of mindfulness each day. You will learn how to tune into your breath by learning different breathing techniques, quieting the mind, noticing areas of tension and discomfort in the body and discovering tools to amplify your meditation experience. You will also practice guided visualization meditations and have a brief introduction to the chakra system. Each day you will practice bringing your attention to the sensations in your body, to the fluctuations in your mind, and to the quality of your breath so that you may find peace and awareness within yourself and become more centered and grounded in life.
